Our Group Resale Package

Resale Package Requests

DC Condominium resale certificates are $200 (non-rush 10 days) or $250 (rush 1-2 business days). The resale package request form (located in the link below) needs to be filled out and submitted with payment to the appropriate individual. We will not begin to construct the resale package until we have received a fully completed request form with payment. We are only able to accept check or money order for payment.

Condominium Questionnaires

DC Condominium questionnaires are $95 each. The questionnaire and payment need to be submitted together. We are only able to accept check or money order for payment.
